Concrete Features: Increase Revenue & Customer Satisfaction

When we are looking for ways to improve our business one of the first things we try to do is to put ourselves in our customers shoes (not so hard since we began this business making garden features for our home), and ask ourselves what other items do customers want, what do I hear back from them, etc.

This is a good practice for all businesses, and in the lawn care and landscape business you can’t go wrong having a variety of tools on hand to offer MORE!  Entice your customers by showing them how nice a custom concrete bench, bird baths or even European style concrete railing or columns could be in just the right spot in their yards.

The cost of concrete is low, so your profits can be high.  Add some concrete colorants or stains to make things extra special.  Any reason why not to get started making more income and making customers happier?

  • Try out some of our History Stones molds
  • Use some colorants and/or stains on some items
  • Photograph your projects in a good setting
  • Print a flyer with your photos
  • Distribute to current and potential customers and you’re own your way!
