PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All of our products are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect. If you should receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will promptly (within 24 hours), either send a replacement piece or have the product picked up by UPS and returned to us for replacement. (This has only happened once in five years!). We will need the original packaging, so please include it with the returned item.

Should you change your mind about one of our products within 30 days of ordering it you may return it to us, as long as it has not been used or installed, for a refund minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

We have been selling the History Stones molds via the Internet for 11 years and have been awarded the Yahoo! Store Top Service Award. We do our best to be sure you have a good experience shopping over the Internet and receive quality products and excellent customer service.

SHIPPING

We now offer free shipping for order amount greater than $50, via UPS ground within the continental USA on most products. We will contact you about extra charges for express shipping. International orders normally ship via US Postal Service and we will contact you about the additional charges before we charge or ship your order. You will be responsible for paying customs fees/taxes on your end. International orders can take 1 week for processing.

Most orders received before 12:00 pm are shipped that day. We have received the Yahoo Top Service Award due to our prompt, accurate shipping, and great product!

ORDERING

You may place your orders via this secure server provided by Yahoo! We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal.

MAILING/FAXING ORDERS

If you choose to mail or fax your order you may 1) complete your order completely online, then 2) simply select "print and mail" on question #4, 3) select "yes place order", 4) you will then be given the page you can print and mail or fax.

PRIVACY POLICY

We hold your orders and all your information in the strictest confidence and do not and will not ever share your name, email address, mailing address or any information provided by you with any other individual or company. We may mail product updates to you from time to time via regular mail and email, but please let us know if you would like to be removed from our private list.
