Use ready mix concrete for outdoor column pedestals and plaster of paris for indoors. You may paint or stain your columns if you choose. A fluted insert is available for fluted columns.
The mold set is very strong and is guaranteed to create at least 25 columns for you (though you will get many more than that with careful use).
